PRIVACY POLICY
At Ace Decision Facilities Management Pte Ltd, we respect our client’s privacy and recognize your right to protect your personal data. In line with our commitment to ensure the security of your data, we have developed this policy for our clients to better understand the requirements.
This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) that may be collected by the Company.
- PERSONAL DATA
1.1 “Personal data” means data, whether true or not, about a person who can be identified:
(a) From the data; or
(b) From that data and other information to which we have or likely to have access.
1.2 This include your name and identification information such as your NRIC number, contact information such as address, email address or telephone number, nationality, gender, date of birth, photographs and other audio-visual information.
- COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1 We may collect your personal data from you directly or via a third party who has been duly authorized by you to disclose your personal data to us (“authorized representative”) after you or your authorized representative have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected and have given consent or deemed consent or as otherwise permitted or required by the PDPA or other applicable laws or regulations.
2.2 We may collect and use your personal data for purposes which may be necessary to carry out our service as Managing Agent including but not limited to verification of your identity, responding to, handling, processing queries, requests, applications, complaints and feedback from you and sending notices and information or to otherwise contact you, when necessary.
2.3 We may disclose your personal data:
(a) Where such disclosure is required for us to perform our obligations as Managing Agent;
(b) To third parties which we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed in clause 4 above for us;
(c) Where consent has been given by you.
The third parties may include service providers, contractors, consultants, agents and/ or representatives who provide services to the company in connection with the business and/ or operations.
- WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT
3.1 The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to us to stop using and/ or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes above by submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below.
3.2 Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time, depending on the complexity of your request and its impact on our relationship with you, for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same. In general, we will seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.
3.3 Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our services to you and this may also result in the termination of any contractual relationship in place and the company’s legal rights and remedies in such event are expressly reserved. We shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request.
3.4 Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1 To safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection, limits on access to information in our systems and databases and disclosing personal data both internally and to our authorized third party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know basis.
- ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA
(a) We generally rely on personal data provided by you or your authorized representative. In order to ensure that your personal data is current, complete and accurate, please update us if there are any changes to your personal data by writing to us or via email at the contact details provided below.
(b) Should you fail to give notice on your new address for service of notices, any correspondence sent by us to your correspondence address last updated with us shall be considered duly received.
- RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1 We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
6.2 We will cease to retain your personal data or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purpose.

7.1 This policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

- CHANGES TO NOTICE
9.1 We reserve the right to alter any clauses herein in compliance with local legislation and for any other purpose deemed reasonably necessary by us at any time, without prior notice, and all changes shall take immediate effect upon posting.
9.2 You may determine if any such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which this notice was last updated. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
